The City of Chicago Department of Family & Support Services operates the City's Domestic Violence Hotline.  The Help Line is a 24-hour, toll-free confidential number that functions as a clearinghouse for domestic violence services and information.

Bilingual advocates are always available, and operators can access the Language Line for over 140 other languages.
